Urban Gärdek och Tobias von Braun är tillbaka med en ny säsong av Kalla fall! Kalla fall är en grävande podcast som granskar okända och ouppklarade verkliga kriminalfall. Podden tar vid där polisutredningen slutar och försöker hitta nya spår som skulle kunna föra fallen närmare en lösning. I aktuella säsong två granskas mordet på Wisby hotell i december 1996 där receptionisten Christina Olofsson brutalt mördades under ett nattpass. De senaste 27 åren har tusentals förhör hållits och fallet har utretts av gotlandspolisen, rikskriminalens mordkommission och stockholmspolisens coldcase-grupp. Ett lovande DNA-spår finns från brottsplatsen. Trots det är fallet ännu olöst. Samtidigt påstår envisa rykten att polisen är väl medveten om vem mördaren är, men att man av någon anledning inte kan sätta dit denne… Första säsongen av Kalla fall handlade om lantbrukaren Sven Sjögren, som försvann spårlöst från sitt hus alldeles intill Lummelundagrottan på Gotland i oktober 1972. Kort därefter försvann även en av hans bekanta, författaren Björn Adolfsson. Än idag är båda spårlöst borta. Eller kanske inte helt spårlöst? Vi gick igenom utredningen på nytt för att hitta svar på gåtan om vad som hände dem. Ett arbete som resulterade i att nya tidigare okända uppgifter framkommit och att polisen på Gotland nu åter betraktar fallet som ett öppet ärende.
